A: Yes, Tune It can be used on open gear tuning machines that are stuck, bent or worn. Don’t overuse and wipe excess so it does not collect dust and debris.

A: Yes, on the points of the saddle that the strings touch and pass over.

A: Yes, depending on type of hard wood, it could color it a bit.

A: All points where the strings touch and pass through: string guides, string tree’s, saddles, nuts. It can be used on the tremolo arm threads and open gear tuning machines.
Note: Do not use on tuning machine eyelets, that is an anchor point for the string and you do not want slipping.
